Registration

  • Registration Help Desk
    • You can contact the helpdesk between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 (CET time zone) Mon – Fri on +41 22 730 5680 or registration.telecom@itu.int. And as of 5 December the team will pleased to welcome you at the registration desks on-site on the 1st floor of QNCC.

  • ITU Telecom World 2014 Access
    • Registration for ITU Telecom World 2014 includes 4-day access to the Showfloor. Depending on the category of pass you opt for there are different levels of access to the conferences (leadership summit, forum and open sessions) and networking opportunities.   • How do I register for ITU Telecom World 2014?
    • Online registration is now open. All attendees must first create a user account and then enter their personal Registration Code. Codes are generated after successful completion of your Access Pass purchase, or allocated by your Group Administrator if you are part of a group or delegation, or sent to you directly by ITU if you are an invited guest. Click here to make your purchase and/or complete your registration.

  • Can I register onsite?
    • Yes you can register onsite. However, we strongly recommend that you complete your purchase and registration online to avoid the onsite queues, particularly on opening day. Please also note that as of 2 December only the full standard rates will apply – if you have a promotion (discount) code it must be used before 1 December 2014 (23:59 CET time zone) via the online pre-event registration portal.

      Registration desks for onsite registration and badge collection will be open on the 1st floor of QNCC as follows:

      Pre-Event: Friday 5 & Saturday 6 December 09:00 – 17:00
      During the Event: Sunday 7 December 07:00 – 18:00
      Tuesday 8 & Wednesday 9 December 08:00 – 18:00
      Thursday 10 December 08:00 – 16:00
  • What do I need to bring to ITU Telecom World 2014?
    • When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. If you have not received it within a few minutes of completing the process please check your spam folder. You will need to bring your confirmation email with you to gain entry to QNCC and present the email (or quote your registration code) at the registration desk along with your photo ID to collect your badge. With the exception of some Leader Passes, all badges must be collected personally as a photograph will be taken and printed on the badge for access control security. Badges are therefore strictly non-transferable.

  • Am I eligible for a discount on my Access Pass?
    • You can benefit from the Early Bird discount of 30% on all categories of Access Pass if you complete your purchase before 30 September (23:59 CET time). No other discount applies during this period.

      As of 1 October, if you belong to any of the groups listed below, ITU is pleased to offer a special discount for pre-registration up to 1 December (23:59 CET time zone). Note that discounts cannot be combined – only one discount can apply per purchase. For further details and to receive the applicable promotion code please contact participate.telecom@itu.int:

  • Can I register for a Student pass?
    • Student passes are available for purchase onsite only as of 5 December. To be eligible, you must be able to present at the registration desk a valid student ID card issued by a recognized educational establishment.

  • Can I register as Press?
    • Media Access Passes are issued to accredited media representatives only, in accordance with the official ITU media accreditation process. The accreditation process for ITU Telecom World 2014 will open on september. For all enquiries please contact press.telecom@itu.int

  • Can I cancel or transfer my Access Pass if I am unable to attend?
